Good work: it was an iPhone 4S to be exact.

(It was used to test the fluoro system before the first case of the day was put on the table.) It was kind interesting to see the various working parts via xray...

The narrow dock connector seen on right (and the width to height ratio) strongly suggest this is an iPhone 5, not a 4S. Both ubiquitous medical devices, to be sure.
